The Docomomo US National Symposium is the nation's only annual event discussing the preservation of modern architecture. The first annual event will be held in Sarasota, Florida from April 18-20, 2013 in Sarasota, Florida. The three day event features presentations by Docomomo US chapters, roundtable discussions with local and national organizations working to preserve 20th century heritage, a keynote address and tours of Sarasota’s significant post-war architecture.
