The Olana Partnership symposium, Framing the Viewshed: The Transformative Power of Art and Landscape in the Hudson Valley, will feature speakers Linda S. Ferber (New-York Historical Society), Harvey K. Flad (Vassar College), and Laurie Olin (Olin Studio) with moderator, David Schuyler (Franklin & Marshall College). Talks will connect Hudson River School artists and their early conservation efforts to the modern environmental movement and contemporary landscape design.

Tickets are $50 or $40 for members. The event will take place at Columbia-Greene Community College, Hudson, NY. LACES 3.5 Non-HSW (NYS) available for registered landscape architects.
