Hidden Heritage: Views from a downtown park are beautiful — but its future is murky.

When the Fort Worth Parks and Community Services Department closed Heritage Park six months ago, few downtown regulars noticed. The park that at one time had waterfalls, grottos, and raised walkways with beautiful views of the Trinity River from the bluffs near the courthouses had become a refuge for the homeless and now is completely fenced off.
