What’s Out There Weekend is a two-day event, held September 17 and 18, when TCLF will host tours led by expert guides at 25 of San Francisco and the Bay Area's most important works of landscape architecture. With the event dubbed "Mostly Modern," sites range from Ted Osmundson's Kaiser Center Roof Garden in Oakland, to San Francisco's Levi's Plaza designed by Lawrence Halprin, to Robert Royston's Santa Clara Central Park. The tours will teach people about city shaping, landscape architecture and the design history of places they often pass every day but don’t necessarily know about.
