Principal, Gustafson Guthrie Nichol Ltd
Mr. McPeters is a Principal at Gustafson Guthrie Nichol. Trained in architecture and landscape architecture his project work in public landscapes, urban designs, and campus master plans emphasizes the connections within a site between its natural and cultural history. His experience in architecture and landscape architecture extends from conceptual design through construction, working with cross-disciplinary teams to engage environmental sustainability and infrastructure issues within urban contexts. Previously Mr. McPeters worked in architecture and landscape architecture, most notably, as an Associate with Olin Partnership Landscape Architecture and Urban Design in Philadelphia and Senior Designer with Michael Graves Architects in Princeton, New Jersey. He has been a visiting design critic at the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Virginia, the University of Washington, City College of New York, and Carnegie Mellon University. A native of Virginia, Mr. McPeters received his Bachelors of Science in Architecture and Masters in Landscape Architecture from the University of Virginia.
