Kelly Comras, ASLA

is a licensed landscape architect in private practice in Pacific Palisades, California. A former staff landscape architect for the National Park Service in the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, she is also a member of the State Bar of California. Her most recent projects focus on local land use planning and restoration and she is the author of a historical study, “Stairways of Castellammare,” which was funded by the J. Paul Getty Trust. She is currently conducting research and writing a book about the mid-century practice of landscape architect Ruth Patricia Shellhorn.
