Kalvin Platt, FAIA

received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Florida in 1953 and a Master’s degree in City Planning from Harvard University in 1959. From 1980 to 1982, he served as Director of the Land Development Studio at Harvard University Graduate School of Design. A Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, he currently serves as Chairman and Consulting Principal of SWA Group, Inc. and is the former CEO and President. Mr. Platt has been honored with numerous awards for excellence throughout his career. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Cultural Landscape Foundation.
