Spencer Tunnell II

Mr. Tunnell is a landscape architect and has been in private practice since 1988. He received his Masters degrees in Landscape Architecture and Architecture History from the University of Virginia. In addition to residential and estate landscapes, Mr. Tunnell and his firm completed the restoration of the Boxwood Garden at Swan House; and a Master Plan and three phases of implementation for the Atlanta Botanical Garden from 1998-2002.  Since 1998, Mr. Tunnell has worked on the implementation of the multi-phase implementation of the Olmsted Parks in Druid Hills.

Mr. Tunnell is past chair of the Atlanta Urban Design Commission, has been a part time faculty member at the School of Environmental Design at the University of Georgia and serves of the board of Easements Atlanta. He is also a Board member of The Cultural Landscape Foundation.
