Andrew Sullivan, ASLA

Mr. Sullivan is an Associate Principal at the Offices of Cheryl Barton.  A native of Chicago, he received his bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois, Urbana and has been working in the Bay Area for nine years.  Prior to joining the Office of Cheryl Barton he was a senior associate with the Office of Lawrence Halprin.  His project experience ranges from residential design and construction to the management of large-scale, complex civic projects, using a sustainable design approach.  His recent projects include brownfield reclamation sites in San Carlos, CA and Portland, OR; and the Letterman Digital Arts Center at the Presidio in San Francisco, CA – a LEED Gold certified project.  Mr. Sullivan’s work has been published in Landscape Architecture Magazine, Inland Architect, the New York Times, the San Francisco Chronicle, Via, and the 2001 book The City in a Garden.
