Holly Sharp is a Certified Public Accountant and Director with LaPorte Sehrt Romig Hand, CPAs and Consultants. She is an adjunct professor of taxation for the A. B. Freeman School of Business, Tulane University. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and certified in Financial Forensics. She received an M.S. in Tax Accounting from the University of New Orleans in 1981 and a B.S. in Business Management from Tulane University in 1979. Ms. Sharp is active in many civic and charitable organizations. She is the immediate past president of the Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans and currently serves as treasurer of the Contemporary Arts Center of New Orleans and New Orleans Science and Mathematics Charter School.
