Molly Glentzer writes about arts and culture for the Houston Chronicle, where she has been on staff since 1998. A story on public art several years ago led her toward ongoing coverage of the work being done by conservancies, the city and leading landscape architects to revive Houston’s parks. Ms. Glentzer also is the author of “Pink Ladies & Crimson Gents: Portraits and Legends of 50 Roses” (2008, Clarkson Potter).
