Over the past 20 years, in projects ranging from large-scale urban and campus planning to the detailed design of public spaces and gardens, Mr. McCready has utilized design as a tool to elevate social interaction within the public realm, as well as a medium to reconnect people with nature. Through his work, he seeks to find innovative solutions to complex sites, synthesizing place-making and infrastructure needs to create environments that enrich, educate and endure. Recent work has focused on urban parks, urban infill, and large scale campus planning and design.
