Explore two of John Simonds’ signature Pittsburgh projects during a morning walking tour of Lake Elizabeth in Allegheny Commons and Mellon Square. Your guides will be Marion Pressley, FASLA and Patricia O’Donnell, FASLA, the landscape architects who have researched, analyzed, and planned the restoration of these spaces.  Representatives of the Allegheny Commons Initiative and the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy will be on hand to discuss implementation and management issues.
