Jack R. Scholl
Jack Scholl is the Senior Principal at Environmental Planning & Design. Jack has extensive experience with public and private sector clients in comprehensive planning, land use planning, zoning and subdivision regulations, new community development and urban design projects. He specializes in the analysis and solution of problems ranging from strategic and economic planning to physical design. He has also worked on effective strategic plans and development guidelines for the public sector. Jack holds a BArch from Carnegie-Mellon and a Masters Degree in Urban design from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
