Andre Baranowski Instagram Takeover Through April 27

Beginning April 3, photographer Andre Baranowski is taking over The Cultural Landscape Foundation’s (TCLF) Instagram page - @TCLFdotORG – to share his extensive body of work featuring cultural landscapes and his recent book, Garden Wild.

We are always interested in discovering new ways to understand our shared landscape legacy, and since 2015, noted award-winning artists including Millicent HarveyScott FrancesAlex MacLeanRussell HartErica BlumenfeldJonathan DucrestJeffrey Milstein, and Stanley Greenberg have served as guest curators providing a week’s worth of photographs on TCLF's Instagram. We've been treated to images of landscapes that are sweeping, panoramic, mysterious, romantic, ethereal, and so much more. During each week-long takeover, the artist's thoughtfully curated journeys invite us to rediscover beloved places and introduce us to landscapes we didn’t know existed.

He describes his work as the “sublime mastery of light, composition and respect for the beauty of imperfection” and that it “exists at the intersection of Art and Commerce, yielding photography that is at once inspirational and functional.” Baranowski’s work is part of TCLF’s “New American Garden” Exhibition and the Eighteenth Annual Silent Auction.
