Bethany Millard is an active philanthropist. She has held numerous leadership roles on the boards of several New York-based non-profit organizations, including New York Public Radio (chairman of WQXR), the Kaufman Music Center (chairman of the Board of Directors), the Manhattan Theater Club (president and chairman of the Executive Committee), and the Special Music School (chairman of the Board of Directors). She also serves on the Visiting Committees of Music and Theater Arts and Brain and Cognitive Sciences at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Ms. Millard and her husband, Robert, live in New York City and Boston.
