Conceived as a collaboration between Irving Gill and Frederick Law Olmsted, Jr., this quirky and romantic arts and crafts estate appears to grow out of rough granite outcroppings, looking out on stunning ocean views at Price’s Neck Cove. The house and grounds, granite-edged pool and Japanese garden have been lovingly restored, enhanced by a contemplative woodland moss and fern garden.
