Join The Cultural Landscape Foundation and Design Workshop for this Garden Dialogue touring an unforgettable residential landscape that harmonizes nature, art, and design.
Located on the grounds of Denver's first Polo Club, this elegant, three-acre residential landscape in a historic Denver neighborhood blends Modernist forms with the natural beauty of the Western region.
Originally designed by the renowned firm Charles Anderson Landscape Architects, in collaboration with Jim Olson of Olson Kundig Architects, the landscape was recently reimagined by Design Workshop. Along with Design Workshop Principal Mike Albert, attendees will immerse themselves in a series of inviting spaces designed for family gatherings, surrounded by a naturalistic landscape that showcases the splendor of this arid, high-altitude climate.
Drawing inspiration from the nearby Denver Botanic Gardens, the owners aimed to capture the best of Colorado’s breathtaking beauty. Wander through tallgrass meadows, vibrant wildflowers, and picturesque rock outcroppings. Find serenity in a Japanese garden, aspen woodlands, coniferous forests, and enchanting dry streamcourses, and open water vistas, all within the heart of Denver.
