The house was originally built in 1986, then left gutted and abandoned for years. Tasked with restoring its former charm, Fernando Wong Outdoor Living Design collaborated with Bories & Shearron Architecture and interior designers Miles Redd and David Kaihoi to deliver a seamless blend of Jazz Age elegance and modern luxury.

The landscape was built around two banyan trees and includes an oval pool and a European-style runnel water feature. The driveway’s Greek-key boarder and classical hardscape design enhance the estate’s formal aesthetic. Lush plantings, including podocarpus, jasmine, and bougainvillea, are found throughout the property. This use of rich greens and subtle blues creates a serene oasis reflecting the clients’ vision.
