Landscape architect Cornelia Oberlander honored (Landschaftsarchitektin Cornelia Oberlander geehrt)

German-born Canadian landscape architect Cornelia Hahn Oberlander has been honored with an international prize named after her. Starting in 2021, the "Oberlander Prize" will be awarded every two years for world-class landscaping in the public sector, according to the Cultural Landscape Foundation in New York. With a donation of 100,000 US dollars (about 90,000 €) it corresponds to the prestigious "Pritzker Prize" for architecture.
