Obama Foundation puts a price tag on Presidential Center

The adjustments to the Obama Presidential Center hardly mean the end of opposition to it. The Cultural Landscape Foundation, a national nonprofit that is an official consulting party to the required federal review of the project, opposes the main building, which it says visually orients Jackson Park toward the tower and thus violates Olmsted's plan for the park.
