 Over the past year, the city of Minneapolis has been working with local stakeholders and a new design group on a plan that would maintain key elements of the original park design yet update it to conform to new requirements for handicapped access — the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties (http://bit.ly/2tQZcoS) and the Guidelines for the Treatment of Cultural Landscapes(http://bit.ly/2u5BUXE).
