Individual Program Sponsorship Levels
For each program there are four sponsorship levels that range from $1,000 to $10,000, each with their own benefits. They are as follows:

LEADING WITH LANDSCAPE III SAN ANTONIO SUMMIT

This one-day summit will be held on Friday, March 3rd, at The Stable at The Pearl (which holds up to 450 attendees). The summit, convened in concert with the Brackenridge Park Conservancy (BPC) will draw attention to local, regional and national project work that are exemplars of planning and design, while striking a balance for a landscape’s complex natural, historic, cultural, and ecological systems. In addition, TCLF is organizing a reception and excursion as complimentary events to mingle and meet speakers, stakeholders, and elected officials. In addition to the benefits outlined above, sponsors will receive:

  • Recognition in all print and online collateral and on-site signage (commensurate with sponsorship level);
  • Recognition on Friday conference "Welcome Screen” commensurate with sponsorship level;

GARDEN DIALOGUES

In 2017 this well-established program will explore the relationship between artists and their own personal landscapes. This will include architects, landscape architects, sculptors, painters, and other visual artists. Each Dialogue will be facilitated by leading landscape architects, architects, and artists – pairing them with a site’s historian or curator. The results: a spirited dialogue exploring the relevance and inspiration drawn from the nation’s most iconic residential scale properties.

In addition to the benefits outlined above, sponsors will receive:

WHAT’S OUT THERE CULTURAL LANDSCAPE GUIDES IN CONCERT WITH THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE

What’s Out There Cultural Landscapes Guides are produced in partnership with the National Park Service in acknowledgement of the 100th anniversary of their founding in 1916. In 2017, we are releasing two new online Guides for Boston, MA (spring) and Richmond, VA (fall).

In addition to the benefits outlined above, sponsors will receive:

  • Recognition in digital invitations to special related events such as launch parties (logo or name, commensurate with sponsorship level); and
  • Recognition in regional email blasts from both TCLF and local partners (logo or name, commensurate with sponsorship level).
     

WHAT’S OUT THERE WEEKENDS NEW ORLEANS, LA AND INDIANAPOLIS, IN

What's Out There Weekends highlight the nation’s rich and diverse landscape heritage through a series of free tours led by expert guides. Hosted in New Orleans (April) and Indianapolis (October), What’s Out There Weekends draw people out into their communities to experience first-hand the landscapes that they see every day but often overlook.

In addition to the benefits outlined above, sponsors will receive:

  • Recognition in print guidebooks for Indianapolis (logo or name, commensurate with sponsorship level);
  • Recognition in What’s Out There City Guide microsite for New Orleans and Indianapolis (logo or name, commensurate with sponsorship level); and
  • Recognition in localized email blasts from both TCLF and local partners (logo or name, commensurate with sponsorship level). Partners will include regional ASLA chapters and allied organizations.
     

ASLA 2017 ANNUAL MEETING & EXPO ANNUAL EXCURSION AND STEWARDSHIP EXCELLENCE AWARD RECEPTION

Each year, TCLF plans several activities during the ASLA Annual Meeting. The one-day excursion for 50 participants to exclusive, private locations, fine dining, and presentation of the foundation’s annual Stewardship Excellence Award at a capstone reception.

In addition to the benefits outlined above, sponsors will receive:

  • Recognition in feature story in ASLA’s LAND e-newsletter (circulation 30,000);
  • Recognition at luncheon and capstone reception;
  • Complimentary tickets:
    • Premier sponsors: one ticket to the excursion ($1,000 value) and four tickets to the Stewardship Award reception ($300 value);

ASLA 2017 ANNUAL MEETING & EXPO SILENT AUCTION

Among the largest booths in the ASLA EXPO, the auction features more than 80 pieces of artwork created by landscape architects, architects, artists, photographers, and others. Proceeds benefit the Pioneers of American Landscape Design Oral History Program.

In addition to the benefits outlined above, sponsors will receive:

  • Recognition on auction signage, auction catalogue, and individualized wall plaques (logo or name commensurate with sponsorship level);
  • Recognition on dedicated online auction microsite (in 2016 this had over 90,000 visits - logo or name commensurate with sponsorship level); and
  • Recognition in LAND feature story (circulation 30,000).


TRAVELING EXHIBITION THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE OF LAWRENCE HALPRIN

The Landscape Architecture of Lawrence Halprin exhibition includes more than 50 newly commissioned photographs of important residential, civic, and commercial projects. Its debut in 2016 was timed to the 100th anniversary of Halprin’s birth. The exhibition is currently on display at the National Building Museum in Washington, DC until April 16, 2017.

For 2017, sponsorship opportunities exist for two venues: First, The Innovation Hangar at The Palace of Fine Arts, San Francisco (May-September) and the Architecture + Design Center in Los Angeles (September- December, including social events held during the ASLA Annual Meeting October 20-23).

In addition to the benefits outlined above, sponsors will receive:

TRAVELING EXHIBITION THE NEW AMERICAN GARDEN: THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE OF OEHME, VAN SWEDEN

The New American Garden: The Landscape Architecture of Oehme, van Sweden exhibition includes 52 contemporary and newly commissioned photographs of important residential, civic, and commercial projects. For 2017, sponsorship opportunities include the Cylburn Arboretum’s Vollmer Center in Baltimore, MA (Jan - Mar 2017).

In addition to the benefits outlined above, sponsors will receive:

TRAVELING EXHIBITION THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE LEGACY OF DAN KILEY

The Landscape Architecture Legacy of Dan Kiley traveling photographic exhibition and retrospective features forty-five vibrant photographs, which chronicle the current state of 27 of Kiley’s more than 1,000 projects worldwide. For 2017, sponsorship opportunities include The Virginia Center for Architecture in Richmond, VA (Jan 12 - Mar 31, 2017) and the Chicago Architecture Foundation Lecture Hall Gallery in Chicago, IL (Apr 6 - Sept 12, 2017).
