Available to reception attendees is the opportunity visit the new installation, You Are Here: Light, Color, and Sound Experiences which features immersive art installations by 14 contemporary artists that engage the senses, activate the imagination, and expand the definition of art. It takes over an entire Museum floor and spills out into the Park, offering a campus-wide spectacle of contemporary experiential art.

Please join TCLF before the Leading with Landscape conference for a reception at the North Carolina Museum of Art to mingle with conference speakers and attendees. The museum collection spans more than 5,000 years of artistic work, features over forty galleries, in addition to more than a dozen major works in the nation’s largest museum park of fields, woodlands and creeks.

Umstead State Park between them, the cities of Raleigh and Durham are rich in diverse cultural landscapes including public parks, industrial complexes, African-American heritage areas, Modernist sites, and an extensive network of trails and greenways.
